Co-design Opportunity with Uppercut & lab testing service

Usability testing for a lab testing service prototype.

We are a results-driven digital product design and development studio passionate about healthcare.

Goal	Evaluate feedback on a prototype of a lab testing service.
What will you be doing?	Participants will be asked to complete specific tasks in a design prototype and provide feedback on their experience.
What will the output be?	Qualitative data that will help us refine our product design
Time, location, equipment requirements	1-hour interview which may be done in person in Calgary or via video conference. Small boardroom with reliable internet access for video conferencing.
Expenses/incentive	Travel expenses will be reimbursed plus a $20 gift card in thanks for your participation.
Preparation, pre/post work	No preparation required.
Number of patient partners	8 – 10
Criteria for patient partners	You have been for some kind of lab test (not radiology) in the past year. You have shopped online in the past. You have a computer or smartphone with internet access. Located in Calgary or surrounding area.
